This lesson will cover paddle techniques such as the cross-nose turn and draw stroke as well moving your feet around the board and performing the 360 step back turn. These skills will not only boost your enjoyment at your regular spot, but they are essential skills to prepare you for more challenging conditions like the ocean, whitewater and surf.
